Summary:
This person will lead the Email Team. This person will create and manage email marketing internally and externally.
Key Results Area #1 - Collaboration
- Works closely with Communications Pack Leader to create cohesive and accurate marketing campaigns
- Works closely with other Marketing Team Leads to coordinate messaging across email, social media, press and content creation
- Works with other teams as necessary: Fundraising, Adoptions, etc
Key Results Area #2 - Strategy & Analytics
- Works to target and segment specific audiences
- Strives to increase email list and engagement
- Convert Social Media followers
- Lead generating content
- Looks for opportunities to keep audience engaged with segmentation, drip campaigns and bonus content
- Analyzes email reports and links to determine best practices
- Maintains accurate email contacts and groups for internal communications
Key Results Area #3 - Leads Email Team
- Creates email content calendar incorporating ideas and requests from all Rescue Teams
- Delegates projects to email team members
- Supervises progress
- Keeps team accountable to calendar and deadlines
- Approves all email content prior to distribution
- Delegates text blasts as needed
