Summary:
This person will be responsible for heartworm screening. This person will draw blood, run heartworm tests and communicate results with the Heartworm Team.

- Draws blood for purposes of heartworm screening
- Current PHR foster dogs
- Adopted PHR foster dogs
- Heartworm Study dogs
- Keeps human safety priority with holds and/or muzzles
- Strives to learn more about heartworm in order to educate others
Key Results Area #2 - Scheduling
- Maintains Square HW calendar account
- Strives to offer appointments in a timely manner
- Tracks mileage for reimbursement
Key Results Area #3 - Communication
- Uploads photo test results
- Informs HW Lead of new positives or new negatives
- Aware of treatment plan
- Communicates any important information to team lead
