Summary:
This person will be responsible for Hiring Team administrative tasks of keeping roles advertised and up to date, managing email and initiating the hiring process for applicants.
Key Results Area #1 - Advertising Roles
- Responsible for keeping PHR website up to date with open/filled roles
- Posts/deletes roles on outside web platforms

Key Results Area #2 - Email
- Sorts incoming email into team member folders
- Alerts team to new email
- Responds to general inquiries
Key Results Area #3 - Application Processing
- Moves applicant through initial process of application, questionnaire and scheduling interview
- Assigns Interviewers
- Keeps Airtable “cleaned up” and archives incomplete apps
- Adds applicant email addresses to Mailerlite
