Summary: 

This person will be responsible for Hiring Team administrative tasks of keeping roles advertised and up to date, managing email and initiating the hiring process for applicants. 

Key Results Area #1 - Advertising Roles

  • Responsible for keeping PHR website up to date with open/filled roles 
  • Posts/deletes roles on outside web platforms
  • Idealist
  • Volunteer Match
  • Volunteer Spokane

Key Results Area #2 - Email

  • Sorts incoming email into team member folders
    • Alerts team to new email
  • Responds to general inquiries

Key Results Area #3 - Application Processing 

  • Moves applicant through initial process of application, questionnaire and scheduling interview
  • Assigns Interviewers
  • Keeps Airtable “cleaned up” and archives incomplete apps
  • Adds applicant email addresses to Mailerlite
