In preparation for Spring activities in downtown through April, May and June, the Downtown Spokane Partnership is holding a “Spring Clean Week” to encourage regular visitors and workers to take pride in our city sidewalks and spaces and keep them clean all year long.
Spring has arrived in downtown Spokane, be a helpful host for all our Spring events and help clean-up downtown’s “Front Porch” by joining in a downtown daily cleaning activity.
Volunteers are invited to take 15 minutes on a selected day and cover one of the emphasis areas listed below. This is a great team building activity for downtown offices. For recommendations on where to clean, or supplies, contact the downtown office at 509.456.0580.
Daily emphasis:
- Monday: Sidewalk Day
- Tuesday: Graffiti Day
- Wednesday: Ally Day
- Thursday: Clean out Planters and Plant Beds
