The region’s largest multi-cultural event. Family Friendly, Free school supplies and bike helmets K-8, children must be present, while supplies last. Cultural Village, Entertainment, Career/Education Fair, Youth Area, Health Fair, Senior Resources and General Vendors. Event begins from 10 am to 4 pm
Event Set-Up
August 14th at 12:00 PM - 4:00 pm -Riverfront Park, Clocktower and/or
August 15th at 7:00 AM
Set up tables, chairs, canopies, assist vendors with their items onto golf carts, show vendors to their table
Event Day
The event is August 15th from 10 am to 3 pm – Riverfront Park Clocktower
Opportunities in Youth Area to assist with games and bike helmet fitting, General Information Booth, Runner for Entertainment area, Cultural Village Area, Clean up
Event Tear Down
August 15th 3 pm to 6:00 pm
Load tables and chairs onto racks, tear down canopies and load into truck, assist vendors with their items onto golf carts
