Help Downtown Spokane "Spiff the Block." Spring Clean week is April 17-21 and we are ending the week with an opportunity to put a little shine on a downtown area. Volunteers will be invited to help sweep, prep planters, paint and groom the two-block stretch of Monroe between Broadway and Summit Parkway in preparation of Spring activities.
