What We Do
The Spokane Entertainer's Guild (SEG) is a non profit whose main mission is to raise funds for other local non-profits. The main fundraising event SEG hosts is the Spokane Renaissance Faire. This year's fundraising recipient is Second Harvest Food Bank. Last year SEG raised through funds and actual food donations over 12,600 pounds of food which equals 3,150 meals for individuals and families in need. SEG was incorporated in 2010 and received its non-profit status in 2012. This year will be the 3rd annual Spokane Renaissance Faire. The first year (2011) had an attendance of 350 people over 2 days. The following year well over 2,500 came to the Faire. SEG anticipates a 10 to 20% increase for this year's Faire.
There will be two jousts presented by the Jousting Alliance of Washington State (JAWS) along with equestrian games, sword fighting, dancing, Renaissance Dancing and more!
