Who We Are
We have just rebranded. You would know us as ACCOIN before the rebranding.
I am thrilled to extend my warmest greetings to each and every one of you. If you are a family facing the challenging journey of childhood cancer, our organization is here for you every step of the way. If you are a caring individual, community group, or business seeking information on how to support our organization, this website will help connect you.
From the day of diagnosis and throughout the entire treatment process, we understand that childhood cancer can be an overwhelming experience. It affects the child and their whole family, and we recognize its profound impact on every aspect of their lives. That’s why our mission is to provide comprehensive support and resources to children and families battling childhood cancer, ensuring they never have to face this journey alone.
At the Childhood Cancer Coalition, we believe in embracing families from day one of diagnosis and extending our unwavering support beyond treatment. We are committed to being a light of hope and a pillar of strength during these challenging times. Our dedicated team of compassionate professionals, volunteers, and fellow families have come together to create a nurturing community that understands, empathizes, and supports the unique struggles you may face.
You will find valuable information, resources, and support networks to assist you throughout your journey through our website. From educational materials about childhood cancer and treatment options to practical advice on managing side effects and coping with emotional challenges, we strive to provide comprehensive guidance tailored to your needs.
Our website serves as a hub of connection and encouragement. You will discover stories of resilience and triumph shared by families who have walked this path. These stories remind us that hope can be found even in the darkest times. We encourage you to engage with our community, join our forums, and participate in events where you can connect with others.
As an organization, we are deeply committed to the well-being and empowerment of our families. Therefore, we continuously strive to enhance our programs and services based on your needs and feedback. We are open to suggestions, and we encourage you to contact us with any questions, concerns, or ideas you may have. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of children with cancer and their families.
Once again, welcome to our website. We are honored to have you as part of our community. Know that we are here for you, providing support, compassion, and hope. You are not alone; we are dedicated to walking this path with you.
What We Do
“To educate, support, serve, and advocate for families of children with cancer, survivors of childhood cancer, and the professionals who care for them.” We serve all children diagnosed with cancer from Eastern Washington and those traveling to Spokane, Washington from North Idaho and Western Montana for treatment. Funds raised locally remain in our communities to help children with cancer in the Inland Northwest.
