Who We Are

Perinatal Support Washington (PS-WA) is a statewide non-profit committed to shining a light on perinatal mental health to support all families and communities. We believe all parents should receive appropriate, timely, and culturally relevant care from conception to baby's first birthday.

What We Do

For over 30 years we’ve connected parents with the appropriate resources to safeguard their mental health and their growing families. We connect parents experiencing anxiety and depression with others who’ve been through it, educate providers to better identify and treat affected families, provide access to a network of trained clinicians, and raise awareness of this public health issue. Our free telephone support line, the "Warm Line", has been operating since 1991, providing peer support to parents in need. We also offer free and low-cost new parent support groups, training and consultation for health care providers, and education and advocacy.
