Hundreds of kids walk between Liberty Park and the East Central Community Center/Library and the Liberty Park/Parkview apartments (above hill on Hartson). The only access between the apartments and the park is an unpaved, undeveloped 3-block section of Hartson and the Benn Burr trail. Litter, debris, weeds block the path and create an unsafe access for kids.
We want to clean it up and make it safe for kids.
