POSNA currently has a handful of foster homes for a few of our many pets, and we are always in need of more. Foster care may involve caring for sick or injured animals, pregnant or underage kitties, or animals that have not had much exposure to humans and need a little TLC to become adoptable.

POSNA has a shelter located in Newport,WA. We are in need of a volunteers to assist with emptying and refilling litter boxes, refilling food and water dishes, general cleanup and help socializing our shy residents.

Share your favorite activity with homeless and low-income visitors to St. Lawrence House, a neighborhood gathering place. We need people to teach skills such as painting, drawing, writing, crafts, fiber and needlework, and other creative arts. Musicians are invited to entertain our guests and teach them about music. St. Lawrence House is open from 9:30 am to 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

We are in need of a handy individual to repair damaged portions of the fencing that surrounds the perimeter of our shelter property in the Diamond Lake area, as well as the chicken wire fencing on our outdoor cat enclosures.

A long-term volunteer commitment, you will receive broadcast training and support and become part of the vibrant community radio community in Spokane. Many of our programmers have stayed with the station since day one twelve years ago!

Here are a few weekly programs KYRS would love to have. If you have the interest and knowledge to host a program like this, please fill out the proposal form (link above).

MUSIC
- A music program focusing on spotlighting local artists through live interviews and in-studio performances. This would include touring bands coming through the area. The focus for this program will be what is happening in the Spokane and regional music scene.

- A reggae music program bringing KYRS listeners everything from early and roots reggae up through contemporary reggae music from around the world.

- A Latin music program with a focus on global contemporary Latin music, hot salsa, merengue, son, rumba, tango, samba and bossa nova.

COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
- Latino Community, a program covering a range of topics from education, leadership, political and cultural debates and interviews, information on current events and opportunities in education.

- Community Health, a program with far reaching health topics, from childbirth to end of life care, current health concerns, preventative medicine. Revolving topics with a consistent host interviewing guest experts, community health and medical professionals.

This unique volunteer experience provides valuable tools for navigating crisis and conflict by empowering and supporting survivors in the aftermath of abuse and trauma. Our volunteers often refer to their service with us as life changing. We are a small team of individuals from diverse backgrounds who embrace our mission of health, justice, and hope.

The Sexual Assault and Family Trauma Center, a program of Lutheran Community Services Northwest, hosts Spokane's only Certified and Accredited Community Sexual Assault Program (CSAP). Our program provides the following services confidentially and free of charge:

Our volunteer advocates assist survivors via a 24-hour support line that can be directed to volunteers at home (no need to sit in a call center) and medical advocacy, which is provided to victims in person at area hospitals when requested.

As a non-profit, we rely on our volunteers to provide services to survivors outside of business hours. We provide a comprehensive 40-hour training and certification free of charge, as well as ongoing supervision and 24-hour support for all our volunteers. We invest in our volunteer staff and in turn, we ask for a one-year commitment of service and four evening or weekend shifts per month. Applicants are thoroughly screened and vetted for service.

Core training is a 40-hour total class teaching a foundational understanding of sexual violence and basic skills for new sexual assault service providers. Core training is a certification that is required by the Office of Crime Victims Advocacy to work as a victims' advocate in Washington state.

We need a gate installed that is about 6' wide and built to match and a new ramp for crippled or injured dogs updated.  We are looking for someone with carpentry experience who has an morning or two to donate to our dog rescue.   We like working mornings before it gets too hot outside.

We also need to build a dog house for a latest guard dog to keep away coyotes at the farm.

We are located northwest of Spokane near Seven Mile and not on the bus line.

We supply the supplies and have the wood all purchased and just need a bit of expert help when we can supply the labor needed too.

We educate the public on responsible pet ownership as well as attend area pet events when we place around 150 dogs a year.  In covid 202 we still placed 96 homeless dogs and a few horses.

Dachshund Rescue NW rescues wiener dogs and we have now placed over 2500 dogs since 1991.

We are currently recruiting  volunteers to work with seniors and people with disabilities for a minimum of 4 hours per month to help them learn how to ride fixed-route public transportation. You will help them learn how to read a bus schedule, how to make a transfer, how to plan a trip - any or all depending on their needs.

Complete an application and pass a background check and as soon as you're approved, we'll take you through our orientation class which will fully equip you to start volunteering. In exchange for your volunteer efforts, you will receive your own free bus pass! As long as you are actively volunteering a minimum of 4 hours per month - your pass is yours to use.

Our Support Groups provide an invaluable network that caregivers for people with Dementia and Alzheimer's can turn to for advice and encouragement. We recognize that caregiving is impossible alone and our support group facilitators create a place for that important interaction by encouraging conversation and maintaining a positive and caring environment.

Our volunteers continuously learn and grow alongside the support group participants while serving a population in need of great support. "I couldn't care for mom alone," said Maria a caregiver "We Latinos are very close, but we also need resources. I want my community to know that there are government resources and community resources that are available to help us. The Alzheimer's Association helped connect us to some things we needed." Support Group Facilitators help us reach more individuals by sharing resources and providing a safe space to discuss the challenges associated with caregiving.

We currently have over 80 support groups for caregivers and want to expand our reach by training new volunteers from throughout Washington State. Help provide support and hope to those who work everyday to care for loved ones with Dementia by joining us as a volunteer.

Support Group Facilitators are asked to commit at least 10 months as a volunteer

Rockwood is looking for a few volunteers to help Cantor and/or provide special music at our Sunday worship services for Rockwood residents and their family members. Worship services begin at 10:30 a.m. Volunteers would be invited to arrive at 10:00 a.m. 

Volunteers will work directly with the Director of Pastoral Care in determining what parts of the worship service should be sung/spoken, or when the special music might be appropriate. 

We are a small rescue organization located about 30 miles north of the Division "Y." We had a snowy late winter and having our cats spend most of their time indoors at our shelter has taken its toll. Our shelter needs a good cleaning inside and out. Tasks include sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls, cleaning windows and cleaning in and around cages. We are looking for cat lovers who can work with little or no supervision. You get to spend time with our furry residents and enjoy some pets and purrs while you help spruce up their home!

2-4 hrs/wk. Duties include answering phones, checking messages, returning phone calls, data entry, outgoing mail, assisting in office work during Fund Drives and fundraisers.

Without our volunteer support staff there would be no KYRS on the air. Help us keep the station running strong by volunteering with our office staff. We are a non-commercial station run by community members, for community members, and we want to keep it that way!

Volunteers in the Latent Fingerprint Program dust for fingerprints on vehicles left behind by car prowlers, assisting in efforts to catch the criminals. 

Block Watch Coordinators are C.O.P.S. volunteers responsible for coordinating all Block Watch information, data and meetings in their substation neighborhood.

As a property inspector, you'll help landlords and residential owners make changes to provide housing that meets safety standards and prevents crime. Inspections are a crucial aspect of the Crime Free Rental Property program, and projects certified through CFRP see a reduction of police calls up to 70%!

This position is responsible for working at the front desk for specific shifts (times and days to be negotiated based on availability). The Front Desk agent will interface with the public, both over the phone and with walk-in citizens. The Front Desk agent will work to inform citizens of their options and work to help resolve their issues by referring them to the proper entities or helping make reports. The Front Desk agent will gain knowledge in various areas such as crime prevention, law enforcement regulations, code violations, and many other areas. Training and certifications provided. 

Patrol crime hot spots, making observations and working with Neighborhood Resource Officers to help focus on problems as they come up. Patrols can occur day or night, whatever works best with your schedule. NOP patrols are varied and incredibly important in the reporting and documentation that police officers need to control crime.

You’ll register people’s bikes at events, taking down their bike’s information and logging it into the city bike registration database. Each event takes only a few hours, and you can volunteer for as few or as many events as you like. Bike registration helps officers identify the owner of stolen bikes they recover, which helps get the bike returned as soon as possible.

Station & library volunteers commit to working for 2 to 3 hours a week in Spark Central's Creative Station - or they can fill in as a substitute for someone who can't make their regular shift. Their role focuses on making Spark Central a welcoming space accessible to everyone!

These volunteers welcome patrons, answer our Help Desk telephone, describe what Spark Central is to adults, offer free membership to new guests, and learn our library software so that they can check in and out books, technology, and creative kits. Station volunteers may assist staff in engaging youth and families in engaging creative activities; library volunteers may assist with maintaining technology or cataloguing new library items. Rockwood Retirement Volunteer Application

Your Role is to lead efforts to help raise community awareness about KYRS--to elevate our presence in the community. Just a few hours per week.

Specific Duties:

- Keep updated on all Spokane events such as music festivals, art shows, college events, community gatherings, street fairs, etc. and contact representative about KYRS tabling at these events. Keep an updated list of these events with contact info, dates and times.

- Work with staff and other volunteers to create and update outreach materials for KYRS, such as info posters, tabling material, etc.

- With Membership Director, develop comprehensive and updated contact list of community groups etc. that we can mail to.

-  Organize a speaker's bureau to do presentations to community groups.

-  Coordinate outreach to ethnic populations and other under-served populations

-  Work with staff and volunteers to explore new outreach strategies such as bus billboards, collaborations with other organizations, etc. 

Volunteers and  hosts to house volunteers are needed to help families in Spokane area affected by this spring’s flooding.  Now that waters have finally gone down,  the United Methodist Volunteers in Mission are sending flood- experienced Emergency Response Teams (ERT)  to help with muck-out, gut-out and mold mitigation.   They will need housing and other support for their response teams as well as some strong backs and perhaps pick-up or two to haul furniture.

Furniture moving – depending on the client’s storage and space, could be an estimated half to one day effort per household.  We’d partner the volunteers with at least one ERT member that has the project scope details. Could involve moving items to a storage space outside the home or moving within the home to a location out of the muck out/spray areas. If needed and willing, furniture movers could also help with furniture recovery through a mold spray outside of the muck out areas. ERTs can teach onsite how to do.

Overnight Accommodations – we’re asking ERTs to consider seven day (3 on, one off, 3 on), three day or weekend deployment time frames. General areas of work scope look like the North, South and West county areas. Our teams would be very grateful for any level of accommodation support.

ERTs could be asked to deploy within the next week or so.   Any local support will help these experienced volunteers bring needed skills, knowledge and work to our area.

When the birds start chirping, it means its time to freshen up the GraceSon home! Our residential home provides a nurturing environment to teenage mothers and their children. This spring cleaning day will ensure that the home is in top quality condition for its residents and we need your help to make that possible! Projects will include: mopping floors, washing walls, washing windows, organizing cabinets, winter yard clean up, and more.

Interested in getting involved with Spokane Edible Tree Project behind the scenes? Come join our Events Committee! We meet once a month to plan fun events that keep our nonprofit going strong. Currently, we need help organizing our annual Bringing in the Harvest Fundraiser, that takes place on September 22nd. Come help us as we secure donations, organize games, and publicize our event! We are meeting 2-4 times per month until our event. 

P4P's Economic Development Committee is looking for new volunteers with business backgrounds and social enterprise experience (especially international experience).  

Wishing Star Foundation is looking for Wish conductors. A Wish Conductor visits with the family where they get to know the child and their passions. This will help us learn more about the family and how we can help support them. The time commitment is about an hour a month sometimes less. Want to fight hunger, reduce food waste, and promote fruit trees in the Spokane area? We are looking for a few more board members to help our organization run smoothly.

The board typically meets monthly for 1-1.5 hours near our downtown offices, and board members are expected to serve on one of our committees which also meet monthly.

Once interested candidates complete and return the volunteer application form, they will be invited to interview with members of the Council.  Aging & Long Term Care Governing Board approval is required before membership begins.

Interested candidates can also attend a PMC meeting to see the Council in action. 

"A Matter of Balance" (MOB) is an award winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase the activity levels of older adults who have concerns about falls.  Class participants learn to view falls and fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals for increasing activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors and promote exercise to increase strength and balance.

The MOB program utilizes Volunteer Coaches to teach the eight two-hour sessions.  Classes are held in a variety of community-based settings and are led by two Volunteer Coaches. 

Volunteer Coaches receive eight hours of training by MOB Master Trainers.  Once trained, Volunteer Coaches are provided with the opportunity to observe MOB classes prior to teaching classes themselves. 

Volunteer Coaches should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, dependability, a willingness to lead a small group, an interest in working with older adults and an ability to perform range of motion and low-level endurance exercises.  Experience in education or health care is a plus. 

Do you enjoy helping other people?  By answering people's questions about Medicare, you could make a difference in someone's life.  Our volunteers are trained and mentored so they can answer a variety of questions.  They are not selling or recommending any insurance product, agent, or company.

Each year SHIBA is in contact with more than 4,000 people to answer their Medicare questions and give them guidance.  We need your help to meet the growing demand. 

There are many ways volunteers can help.  One way is by explaining what care is covered.  Another way is looking into and reporting possible fraud.  Or perhaps you enjoy reaching out into the community to let people know where they can turn for help.  Volunteers assist people by phone, in person and through public presentations.  You will learn a lot and make a difference in the lives of others!

Basic computer skills are helpful.  Client confidentiality, a willingness to provide unbiased information, and no association with an insurance company are all a must.  Activities include one-on-one meetings with people who have questions attending update meetings, and getting to know other volunteers.

The Everybody Counts campaign is essentially a point-in-time census of the homeless population in Spokane. This census is conducted every year during the last ten days in January as is designed to give every federally-funded community a snapshot of homelessness where they live. This is an essential element in our effort to end homelessness, as the data gathered from this census shows us so much more than how many people are homeless in Spokane – we also learn more about who is homeless, why they are homeless, and what barriers they are facing to get out of homelessness, as well as key data points that can impact new programs. With the data from previous years, we can see trends, target areas, and gather information about whether or not our programs are effective. The data from this count also helps us secure funding for future services from state and federal sources.

We need volunteers to pick-up donations from donation drive drop-off locations when requested. All locations are in the Spokane county area with two sites located in Cheney and one in Airway Heights. Own vehicle required to transport donation items to a storage location in the downtown core.

Meals on Wheels Spokane is in need of meal delivery drivers to deliver hot and or frozen meals to homebound seniors in the Spokane area. Our greatest need is for volunteers who wish to deliver in north Spokane. 

An average meal route is a 1-1.5 hour commitment. Hot meals are delivered between 11am-1pm, Monday through Friday. Background checks and valid vehicle insurance is required.

Our Volunteer Coordinator can help find a route and day(s) that work best for you. This is such a rewarding opportunity! Bring joy to a homebound seniors' day with a meal, a simple, "Hello, how are you today?", and a warm smile!

The Love Box program provides foster families with community and holistic support so that they can continue to do the important and meaningful work of being a foster parent. As a Love Box group, you will be matched with a local foster family based on compatibility and scope of needs. When our families are matched with committed volunteers that show up monthly, parents feel supported, and children gain a sense of belonging and self confidence. This program requires a one year commitment. 

Our Dare to Dream program offers an opportunity to mentor a youth in foster care or youth who has aged-out of foster care (ranging from 15-21 years old). Our mentors are advocates, coaches, teachers, guides, role models, valued friends, available resources, cheerful critics, and career enthusiasts. The heart of the Dare to Dream program is to give foster youth a second chance. Many of the youth we recruit are living in emergency shelters or are homeless. They need the wisdom, advice, encouragement, and community that mentors can provide. As a mentor you commit to meeting with your mentee every other week, set goals, and help them achieve their dreams. The program is a one year commitment; however, it is our hope that these relationships will last a lifetime.

Operation Planet is in need of a grant writing team leader who enjoys grant writing. At first, this is a volunteer position but as grants are approved the position will be funded by the grants.

LCSNW Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program receives refugee youth ages 14-17 and places them into foster homes and group homes in the Spokane area. These youth have fled their countries due to war, conflict, and violence in search of safety and a better life. They do not have family to care for them, so our organization works to find them loving homes and reach their goals for success.

Are you willing to open your heart and home to a foster child? We’ll be honest, being a foster parent can be challenging. At the same time, we hear from many foster parents that they have grown from the experience.

In our LCS Northwest foster programs, we recruit, license and support foster parents. We are here to help foster parents so they aren’t in this alone. Our goal is to help you provide a stable home for youth who cannot live with their families. We recruit parents for two different programs – International Foster Care and Domestic Foster Care.

Foster parents and program staff work together to provide a safe haven to refugee and immigrant children from around the world. Refugee youth will be supported in their work to heal from past trauma while they pursue goals of learning English, getting an education, and preparing for a future of independence. Foster families are asked to make a long-term commitment to care for refugee child placed in their home.

Informational meetings for the Unaccompanied Refugee Minor Program are held on the second Tuesday of every month from 5:30-7:30pm at 210 W. Sprague, Spokane WA 99201.  Please contact us to RSVP.

Throughout the year WHEN has a number of events we host as well as a number of opportunities to have booths at community events.  WHEN needs volunteers to staff booths, throughout the year and to help with things such a setup/take down, greeting, ticket taking, registration, etc at our own events.

Our volunteers collect, clean, sort, and distribute products.  We provide training so that our volunteers know what is expected of them. In general, our regular volunteers gather every Wednesday morning any time between 7:30 - 9:30 AM (no need to stay the entire time, even an hour goes a long way!)

DHHS is an Alternative School looking for tutors who are willing to adhere to a regular weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Volunteer tutors do not need to specialize in any specific subjects. One of our programs is Recovery Community from 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday for our unhoused Recovery Community members. We serve 45 to 67 people per day.  We are a zero barrier substance use disorder outpatient treatment facility, providing safe space for clients to engage in Recovery throughout the day.  Our unhoused clients are identified as a high risk population for the COVID-19 virus with some of our clients being immune compromised. We are urgently seeking in-kind donations.

We now must limit the amount of clients in our building in order to maintain social distancing.  Due to this we will be increasing our street outreach in order to be supportive of our clients.

SAN provides a weekly food pantry for our immunocompromised clients, people living with HIV & AIDS.  On a weekly average, we server about 50 clients.  We established this program last year after a hiatus and have not been able to get connected with 2nd Harvest due to the current crisis.  We work with 2 local non-profits to source food items, but they are even having a hard time getting enough food for their own clients, let alone helping us.  

At this time, we really do not have a need for volunteers to work with our program, but we do need access to foods, especially those rich in protein like eggs, chicken breast, oats, milk, greek yogurt, beans, peanut butter, and fresh fruit and vegetables.  

SAN does have a large chest freezer and access to multiple refrigerators and enough storage to be able to store items.

Women & Children’s Free Restaurant & Community Kitchen serves women and children who need food assistance and community support. Since 1988, we have provided healthy chef-made meals, fresh groceries, and shelf-stable products to women, seniors, teens, and children.

Level Up is an after-school program where youth create their future with the support of mentors in a playful, creative community. Participating youth set their own goals for the program and engage with consistent mentors for social-emotional growth and the pursuit of creative aspirations.

Level Up volunteers are known as Mentors and work with a consistent group of 2-3 elementary school students at our Level Up programs. You'll hang out and support students as they work on projects like writing a newspaper article or creating a legend. You don't need to be an expert to be a mentor! However, we welcome our Mentors to add their passions and wisdom to the program.

Fall project: The Newspaper Club produces a student-led newspaper published twice each year. Winter project: Visual arts! Youth become storytellers, creating characters, worlds, and storylines, and bringing them to life through comics, animation, and other forms of self-expression. Mentors use their powers of listening, ideation, and imagination to support students through their creative process (such as developing the characters' backgrounds, drawing them out, or writing up details about their world). Will you join us in our journey to bring these youths' imaginations to life?

1 in 8 U.S. Women will develop breast cancer - You can help!

Loucinda D. received a devastating breast cancer diagnosis when she was in her 30s. Chemotherapy treatments and their side effects were rough enough—then she needed platelets, which weren’t immediately available. 

“In order to receive chemo, your platelets have to be above 100,000 and mine were 9,000. I headed to the emergency room for a platelet transfusion, only to have to wait for platelets to be driven to the hospital from two hours away.” 

Blood donors ensure that the one in eight women who will be diagnosed with breast cancer, like Loucinda, don’t have to wait for relief. Platelets, the part of blood that makes it clot, are one of the three components (along with red blood cells and plasma) that each blood donation provides. 

“I could have died without platelets. Platelets are extremely important to cancer patients like me,” says Loucinda. She also received two red blood cell transfusions during her treatment, and has been cancer-free for four years. “Every year that goes by, is one more year to be thankful to be alive!”

Do you love aviation, WWII, vintage aircraft?  Then this volunteer opportunity is for you! Tour the aircraft museum with guests and families.  Learn their history and stories.  Shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 9 am to 1 pm and 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.  Or 9am to 4:30 is available.

It is fun and exciting and you will learn so much about vintage aviation, unless you have the knowledge already.  That is a bonus!

All 14 planes in the collection are from the Golden Age of aviation - 1927-1957.  And they all fly!  There are fun airshows in the summer and holiday programs in the winter.  

HFF is also a STEM education center assisting students with aviation based studies.  We have a Members Library for all guests and students to use.

Loneliness at Christmas has always been a particularly prevalent issue, but no more so than in 2020, with the coronavirus pandemic ripping families apart.

So, we thought it was important to find a way to reach out to those in need this year - introducing The Angel Card Project.

Founded in the US by volunteer Mark Martin, the organization encourages volunteers to sign up to write as many cards as they wish from a database of lonely individuals, nominated by the public.

These could be elderly people, alone because of the pandemic, army veterans or simply people who had fallen on hard times and found themselves without a support network.

And the idea of the project was to encourage "sending love, one Christmas card at a time".

Our hearts. First started in 2001, the project originally only had 20 volunteers and ran on a very small scale.

But now its amassed thousands of supporters from countries across the globe, all of whom want to pick up their pens and offer their support to the cause.

Last year, they sent out a whopping 71,000 Christmas cards, and they hope to surpass this number next month.

Main job duties will be giving refreshments to donors after their donation. You'll also chat with the donor while watching for adverse reactions. Perinatal Support Washington (PS-WA) is a statewide non-profit committed to shining a light on perinatal mental health to support all families and communities. We believe all parents should receive appropriate, timely, and culturally relevant care from conception to baby's first birthday.

Our toll-free telephone support "Warm Line" has been operating since 1991, providing peer support to parents in need. We partner with local organizations to provide free and low-cost new parent support groups, create or expand perinatal mental health programs, and advocate for change in Washington State. In 2020, we trained 900 health care providers in identification, assessment, and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. We do all of this with the help of our dedicated staff, board, and volunteers.

 Volunteer Phone Friend: We are in need of someone who has experience with people living with personality disorders to be a friend to an isolated senior.  Talk on the phone or video chat and share conversations and build a relationship with an isolated senior.  Bring joy by sharing conversations, stories, pictures, songs-anything you two choose to share.

The right fit for this volunteer opportunity is someone with strong personal boundaries and knowledge or experience with people with personality or behavioral disorders.  Specifically, volunteers will make a phone or video call once or twice a week to their friend.  This conversation will make such a difference. We are actively seeking drivers for our Volunteer Transportation Program. Oncology patients can sometimes struggle to make it to all of their appointments due to lack of transportation resources. Through a network of volunteers, the Transportation Program provides cancer patients in need of rides to and from their appointments. We need your help driving these patients from their homes to the hospital or clinics around Spokane and the surrounding areas!  You make your schedule.  We have ride requests Monday-Friday.  There is no time requirement.  Must be 21 years old, own a car and show proof of car insurance.

The Spokane Municipal Community Court (SMCC) is seeking volunteers for a new case management program. The program is currently still in development and growing day-by-day. With your help, the case management program will allow clients to receive more individualized access to services provided through SMCC. While clients are guided by SMCC staff and service providers throughout their time at court, having case managers building connections with clients on a one-on-one basis will increase the likelihood of clients remaining on track to accomplish their goals. Through this program we hope to increase day-to-day communication with clients, offer consistent individualized guidance and encouragement, and grow our community partnership and outreach capacity. Each of the aforementioned factors (and more) contribute to clients’ experience with SMCC and we hope that you will consider joining us as the case management program grows and evolves!

Short Term Foster Role and Responsibilities

Our short-Term Foster parents are asked to take in lost pets for 1-3 days while we run a Social Media Campaign to reunite the pet with their people. While fostering you'll be asked to continue the Social Media Campaign, keep record of how the stay is going and facilitate Owner/Pet Reunion or transport to SCRAPS. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and social media including Facebook, Instagram, and Next Door required. All volunteers will be trained prior to their first shift. 

We operate during the hours SCRAPS is closed, all volunteers must be available on their shift during the following hours: 

Monday-Wednesday, Friday: 7pm-10am

Thursdays and Holidays: 24hrs

Saturday-Sunday: 530pm-10am
