What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate support to disaster-affected individuals and families
- Help clients access recovery resources and assistance to their disaster-caused needs
- Document casework and follow up to ensure continued support
- Collaborate with Red Cross teams and community partners
What You’ll Need
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Willingness to complete Red Cross training
- Ability to work remotely or deploy (based on interest and role availability)
