Volunteer: Pathways to Success CoachYouthBuild Spokane is a Department of Labor–funded program serving young adults ages 16–24 who are working toward a GED or high school equivalency while building job-ready skills. The program blends academic instruction, vocational training, career readiness activities, and community service to prepare participants for employment or further education. Beyond the classroom, this member will connect students to career pathways by supporting employer meet-and-greets, mock interviews, and accompanying participants on tours of local businesses, training programs, apprenticeship sites, and postsecondary campuses. The role also includes coordinating and participating in civic engagement projects, national service days, and community events that promote leadership and teamwork.
