Join our team as a Food Bank Floater and play a key role in keeping our food bank running smoothly by stepping in wherever help is needed most. In this flexible volunteer position, you'll work alongside a dedicated team of fellow volunteers and perform a variety of tasks based on the day’s needs, with guidance from our staff. Tasks may include building food carts, stocking shelves, collecting empty carts from the parking lot. What We’re Looking For: Adaptable and dependable, with a can-do attitude. Volunteer Roles Available: ✅ Sign-In Table Volunteers Welcome families as they arrive, check them in by verifying identification for all family members, and provide basic information about how the distribution works. ✅ Check-Out Table Volunteers Ensure each family has completed their visit, assist with bagging items if needed, and update our checkout log. ✅ Coat Stockers Keep our coat racks organized and full! You'll remove empty hangers, restock coats, boots, gloves, beanies and socks as needed, and help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
