Who We Are
Established in 1983 by a local teacher who was devastated by the loss of a first grade student, the Wishing Star Foundation is the oldest wish-granting organization in Washington State. Wishing Star fosters hope, community, & lasting memories by granting wishes for children with life-threatening conditions and supporting their families beyond the wish.
What We Do
Wishing Star changes lives, one wish at a time, for youth ages 3 to 21 with life-threatening conditions. Wishing Star serves children and their families in Spokane, the Tri-Cities, and local outlying areas
